This utility is used when connecting to a network.
For Windows

Insert the "Software DVD-ROM" into a computer.

When [AutoPlay] is displayed, click [Run Setup.exe].

If the [User Account Control] dialog box is displayed, click [Yes].

Select a language from the drop-down list.

Read the license agreement, and then click [Agree].

Read the "Environmental advice for Users" thoroughly, and click [Next].

Select [Network(Wired/Wireless)], and click [Next].

Select the printer to be used, and click [Next].

Click [Custom Install].

Click [Separate Install].

Click the driver or software you want to install.
The installation starts.

Click [x] at the top right of the screen.
For Mac OS X
You can copy a utility by dragging to any location. You can also run the utility directly from the "Software DVD-ROM".

Insert the "Software DVD-ROM" into a computer.

Double-click [OKI] > [Utilities] folder.

Copy the folder of the utility you want to install by dragging and dropping it to a location of your choice.
Memo
To start the utility, double-click the utility icon in the folder.
