Changing from the Printer

You can change the administrator password from the printer.

  1. Press or on the operator panel to display [ADMIN SETUP], and then press (OK).

  2. Enter the administrator password.

    The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

  3. Press (OK).

  4. Press or to display [CHANGE PASSWORD], and then press (OK).

  5. Enter a new password in [NEW PASSWORD], and then press (OK).

  6. Enter the new password in [VERIFY PASSWORD], and then press (OK).

  7. Press (ONLINE) to switch to [READY TO PRINT].
