Changing the Operation Mode of the Printer (Emulation)

You can select the emulation mode.

  1. Press or on the operator panel to display [ADMIN SETUP], and then press (OK).

  2. Enter the administrator password.

    The factory default password is "aaaaaa".

  3. Press (OK).

  4. Press or to select [PRINT SETUP], and then press (OK).

  5. Press or to select [PERSONALITY], and then press (OK).

    The currently set mode flashes.

  6. Press or to select the emulation mode, and then press (OK).

    [*] is added to the right side of the set item.

  7. Press (ONLINE) to select [READY TO PRINT].
