For Mac OS X PS Printer Driver

Select [Page Setup] from the [File] menu.

Select [A4] for [Paper Size], and the appropriate orientation for [Orientation], and then click [OK].

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Select [Tray 1] for [All Page From] on the [Paper Feed] panel.

Select [Insert Options] for [Feature Sets], and select [Printer Setting] for [Media Weight] on the [Printer Features] panel.

Click [Print].

Printing starts.
