Cleaning the Surface of the Main Unit

Note

  • Do not use petroleum ether, paint thinners, or alcohol, because using such chemicals can damage the plastic parts and/or coating of the printer.

  • You do not need to lubricate any printer components. Do not lubricate the printer with oil.

  1. Turn the printer off.

  2. Wipe the surface of the printer with a soft cloth that has been moistened with water or mild detergent and then squeezed well.

  3. Wipe the surface of the printer with a dry, soft cloth.

    Note

    • Use only water or mild detergent.

    • You do not need to lubricate the printer with oil. Do not lubricate the printer with oil.
