When using the cloning function, a copy destination printer is not displayed on the screen.

The model name of the copy destination printer is different.

To clone settings from a printer to another printer, the model name of these printers must be the same, and if model names are different, settings cannot be copied.

Check the model name of a copy destination printer.

Cloning the User Setting

If multiple printers are specified as copy destinations, cloning may fail.

Authentication of the administrator password failed.

When cloning settings, you must enter the administrator password for the printer.

The administrator password is used for authentication to a copy destination printer.

If a printer is authenticated, settings are copied to the printer, and if a printer is not authenticated, settings are not copied to the printer.

Check the administrator password for a printer that is not authenticated.
