The settings of the media type and weight are incorrect.

Press or on the operator panel, select [MENUS] > [TRAY CONFIG] > select the paper tray you are using, and then set appropriate values to [MEDIATYPE] and [MEDIAWEIGHT]. Alternatively, set a greater value to [MEDIAWEIGHT].

Registering the Paper Size, Type, or Weight

Recycled paper is used.
