Change the Settings Remotely
Say you need to change the settings on all of the machines in your office, including printers that are located on other floors. If you have numerous printers, it may be a time-consuming process to go to every floor and change the settings on each individual machine.

These functions enable you to change and manage the settings from a remote location, without operating the printers directly.
